Which massage is right for you?
Deep Tissue Massage
Victoria's firm pressure will encourage tight muscles to relax and release patterns that keep our bodies in pain. This massage may include stretching of legs and arms to widen range of motion at the hip and shoulder joints. Be sure to let Victoria know during the massage if you require more or less pressure and she will be glad to accommodate!
A more gentle massage that employs a variety of motions including rocking the body, kneading the belly of muscles, gentle vibration or tapping, and stretching.
This is different from deep tissue. It's good to know the differences before you book your session.
